Our Story

Since 1986, we have been agents of change, contributing to the consolidación of a just and inclusive society. Each step and each achievement in the fight against poverty has enriched our history and we share it with pride and satisfaction.

Course of the next 50 years

In 2011 we celebrated 25 years of working for those who need it most, a date that was the perfect time to reaffirm our commitment to reinforce ourselves as an innovative, transparent, and committed organization that works passionately for the development of people and communities and with respect for our environment, mitigating the impacts of climate change and preserving it for future generations.

Thus, we have drawn up strategic initiatives for the next few years, based on new problems and needs of the people, the center of our operations. Nevertheless, nothing would be possible without the contribution and collaboration of our collaborators, which is why we are always looking to strengthennew alliances with institutions and stakeholders that allow us to ensure shared and sustainable work.

Prisma is an organization that is under constant renovation and in search of innovation, constituting our pillars to elaborate and execute projects. Throughout its history, Prisma has been characterized by the fulfillment of innovations that have paved the way forward in the fields of social and biomedical research, as well as in the management and implementation of projects and programs, where the contribution of shared value and work with private businesses stands out.

Throughout its years of work, Prisma has increased its scope based on the new needs and problems in society and in the coming years, we will continue to do so, because our objective is to allow access to fairer opportunities for people in a state of poverty and exclusion.
