With the beginning of the decentralization process, Prisma identified the urgent need to build and strengthen local and regional capacities to ensure an efficient, effective, transparent management on the part of the government and sectoral authorities. Since its creation in Prisma, this area is focused on managing social programs with criteria of equity and inclusion, a field in which it has been carrying out different projects and playing a decisive role in support of strengthening governance and transparency.
