Starting in 2009, the company Kraft Foods Peru, in partnership with Prisma, worked to build capacities of Peruvian men and women who wished to grow and move forward in the business of food production and marketing through the social program “Mi Cocina, Mi Negocio” (“My Stove, My Business”) sponsored by the Food Academy of Kraft Foods Perú.
With the desire to continue strengthening Peruvian talent, a strategic partnership was entered with the Chef School of San Ignacio de Loyola University, responsible for enhancing the gastronomic skills of the 50 entrepreneurs who make up the third graduating year.
OBJECTIVE: To build knowledge and personal and social capacities in the scholars to enhance the planning and management of their gastronomic ventures.
Source of funding: Kraft Foods Peru.
Project area: Near the Lima Plant of Kraft Foods and other districts of Metropolitan Lima.
Duration:
First Promotion: July – December 2009 (six months).
Second Promotion: March 2010- October 2010 (eight months).
Third Promotion: August 2011- March 2012 (eight months).
