Throughout our history, Prisma has been characterized by achieving innovative proposals and initiatives that have marked our way.

Innovation forms part of our institutional culture through the process of organizing and managing resources in order to increase the creation of new knowledge, generate ideas that allow for new intervention proposals, processes and services, or, that improve existing ones; and transfer these learnings to all areas of Prisma.

At Prisma, innovation means implementing change initiatives that generate competitive advantages which differentiate us from other organizations.
